Today my heart gets filled with remorse and anguish, when i see that an ambitious and a capable leader like Narendra Modi has become the favourite punching bag for the pseudo secular people, spearheaded by a totally biased media. Such people don't even take the pain to see the fortune he has brought for the people of Gujarat (all inclusive). I fail to understand why people cant understand that when he talks about the Gujarati pride, it automatically includes the Muslim community as well. But some will construe it to mean only the Gujarati Hindus. And then some of our secular drum beaters will blame Modi of playing divisive politics.
Everybody agrees with the hardcore fact of Gujarat being the most progressive state of India but why do the same people shy away from giving the credit to its CM.
Its alleged that modi has polarized the society by keeping alive the 'ghost of godhra' to win election this time round, but they fail to recognize that he fought this election on the developmental plank and got the mandate only because people of Gujarat chose development over politics of hatred.
Many people argue that why modi does not apologize for the godhra riots to the Muslim community in particular and the country in general. i have two questions for those people:
*Why don't they forget the scary past and learning from the incident, proceed towards a new future endowed with hopes and aspirations?
*Why do they forget that muslims were not the only victims of the riots. It was a riot and both the sides were affected and one cant quantify the damage to show victimization of a particular community.
The Muslims in Gujarat are most advanced among other states as there literacy rate in this state is at 75% higher than both national average and the Muslim average all over the country.
The electricity lines connecting all villages under 24 hours electricity supply don't by pass the Muslim villages and households.
When he is not discriminating against the minorities in his developmental policies, then let us not discriminate against him. Let's give the man the accolades he rightfully deserves.

Nice blog brother. I'm really glad you began blogging.
Of course, Narendra Modi is the man many people love to hate. Congress, Left, media have all charges against him. Common sense says that if they are so convinced about the "threat" that Modi poses to the nation, if they really care about the welfare of the nation, they'd have taken Narendra Modi to court and proved that he is indeed guilty of fanning the post-Godhra riots 2002. The fact they CANT shows that they have absolutely no convincing evidence to prove what they themselves scream and shout.
All said and done, the fact is that MOdi is responsible for killing some 3000 people in Gujarat!!
